During my time as Buddhist monk I was introduced to the work of Douglas Harding and met him and his wife Catherine many times. His simple experiments had a profound effect on my spiritual direction. I have been to many of the yearly gatherings in Salisbury in the UK, as well as in Australia and Holland, both as participant and offering creative ideas to support the work.

I have integrated Douglas teaching in a developmental approach to seeing who you are, which includes a variety of process orientated techniques to help understand why we sometime stop or get blocked in living from this place. This has taken over twenty years of my own-self development work,  many years of solitary meditation, as well as training in source process breathwork, trauma techniques and host of other techniques.
